Today everything has finally arrived at my house. There were a few days of holding my breath as things cleared US Customs, but everything worked out. I hired a truck and brought everything home and unpacked the crates. It took about three hours to get the boxes stored in the garage and the chassis up on stands. Another two hours and the front suspension was bolted on.
