The search for yellow. Lotus UK says the numbers I have are
correct for a 1966 Lotus Yellow and all of these parts were
discontinued in 1997 and are no longer available.

Torn down the engine today. The bottom end had been apart at
some point in the life of the car. I found the following

  • Connecting rods had been changed to 125E type
  • Crank and rod bearings are .010″ over
  • Bore is .040» over
  • Camshaft’s appear to be STD (no groove) .350» x
    264
  • Bores look clean with no ridge and no scoring
  • Head looks good with no obvious defects
