Wiring Harness

Added all the new wires to the wiring harness. (See Aug 11)While it doesn’t sound like I added many wires, only a smallportion of the harness is in the original wrapping. Withoutlooking at the bullet connectors, you would be hard pressed totell the harness has been modified. The clue to finding thewires I added is to look for the soldered on connectors.

I had Mac’s Radiator fabricate brackets on the radiator tomount two 10 inch electric fans on the front of the radiator. I shouldn’t have any overheating problems!

Installation of the heater seems straight forward until you think about it. I needed to cut and affix some of the heat/sound insulation that goes against the body then install the heater. I also put the hose clamps on the heater hoses so I could remove the clamps without removing the dash. One day I’ll be glad I did this.
