Happy New Years (a little late)

We had the most fabulous New Year’s Day: it snowed from 6:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon. We built a snowman – I was especially proud of his sculpted beard and Jim of his rosehip eyes. Two neighbor girls and I ganged up on Jim for a snowball fight. People skied and sledded down our street. It was a wonderful way to start the year.
