Carpet and seats
I’m almost done with the carpet installation. Nothing out of the ordinary, just very time consuming. I took a couple of pictures but the black carpet doesn’t show too well. Since I forgot to mention the car was left hand drive, the foot well carpet is cut for the peddle assembly in the right foot well. I’m still trying to decide how to fix this. I think I will make a cut out in the left foot well carpet and “stick” it into the right foot well. I hope it fits.
The other work going on is for the seats. I took them down to a local auto upholstery shop to find out how much to have the new seat covers installed. They wanted $500! I thought that was a bit steep so am going to do it myself.
I took apart one of the seats and what to my wondering eyes should appear but another PO repair.
