After getting the upholstery edging sewing on, the next item on the list was to cut out new fiberboard for the sides. Nothing interesting here, a simple trace the outline, cut and test fit. Almost forgot about the roll bar, but this was a simple trim to work around the side intrusion bar. After that, the side pieces went in without a hitch. One more check on the checklist!

I decided not to have the seat frames powder coated. It would have been too much work to take the adjuster apart and re-weld it on. A lot of wire brushing and a coat or two of primer and then black paint.

After doing this for two years, you would think I would have taken more pictures before taking the seat covers off. Nope. I started to put the seat covers on this afternoon and, guess what? I need to a picture of how things fit and didn’t have a good one. One day I’ll learn.
