Got up early and joined the frequent stay program. If we stay 28 more nights we get a free night in the penthouse. Of course we need to bring the punch card with us every time. At our current rate of stay, it will be 2034 – past our hoped for retirement date.
Arrived at the ferry terminal at 0800, two and a half hours early and the lot was half full. It looks like we could have waited a bit but we then find out that US customs requires we be inside the holding pen 90 minutes prior to departure. We ran across the street to a diner, grab breakfast and are back in line by 0900. We overheard the ferry attendant say they were almost full. Take this as a warning, on the weekends allow plenty of time plus some more to get your car aboard the ferry.
