Jim bought me a fabulous little digital camera for my birthday, one I can carry in my purse. But do I remember to TAKE it to places where I’d like to take pictures? A flash

As I was walking to work this morning, I heard an approaching MAX train. The arm on the overhead wire was sparking as it passed aver the splices in the wire making a bright flash. All very normal for a damp day in Portland. I watched as the train passed and, for the first time, noticed the electric sparks jumping from the wheels to the track.
