3591 I was cleaning out my stack of magazines and realized the car I drove at the ABFM in 2003 was the same car that is on the cover of the November 2003 edition of Road and Track. This is the first time I’ve ever driven a car that ended up on the cover of a magazine! I’m sure it will never happen again.

We didn't go to the Rose Bowl Parade
1486 We went to the Tournament of Roses Parade, and a very fine parade it was. The occasion was my grandmother’s 80th birthday. The family descended on Pasadena for three days in a motel that we don’t recommend but was conveniently located. Thursday we had a great birthday dinner at Gale’s (fabulous Italian food).
