Coffee Pots

What has happened to coffee pots. It use to be that a coffee pot was a big metal urn that held about 5 gallons of coffee. Then we started to move to drip makers that held 10 “cups” of coffee, then high end super elegent single cup auto-magic espresso machines. Today I ran across an automatic single cup automatic machine that makes bad urn coffee! Just what we needed.

Thunderstorms

Rain unlike anything in Oregon or the PNW.  The true meaning of “raining in buckets” becomes clear.  Hot and humid to me, but the instructor says it is cool.  I never liked humidity, I’m a desert dweller by nature and cutting the air in order to breath is not my idea of fun. Traveling Man

I’m on a business trip. It has been several years since I was in business, and a couple more since the last trip. Today I’m in Austin Texas, at least which what the airport says is. It it hard to tell. Morning radio is the same, except for the twang with the morning goofs, hip-hop, npr and the same traffic reports.
