QR codes are all the rage in Japan and are showing up in other parts of the world.  A QR code is like a hyperlink in the real world.  You could attach this to a physical object and then use a QR code reader (aka cellphone with a camera ) a link to a website such as this.  The code here is rather useless because it links back to here.  Why have a picture...

The kitchen is done

Not really but we have declared it done. There is a stainless door that needs to be installed over the appliance garage and it should be here next week. I promised I would take some photos of the completed work but things didn’t work out this weekend. Maybe tomorrow.

R.I.P. Perfect Tommy

Lamont loved to play fetch, chase the cat dancer, eat and sit in Nadya’s lap. He chewed on books and defended us from his mortal enemy: string in all its forms. 7064|350 He loved Nadya best. He was so beautiful that a friend tried to buy him from us outright. He was so elegant and well mannered that we called him Perfect Tommy. Goodbye, sweet prince.  We’ll miss you so very much.
